Notice is hereby given that Jefferson Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Jefferson Township Municipal Bldg., 487 Cortez Road, Jefferson Township, PA 18436. To consider the variance application submitted by Donald Matulevich for the construction of an accessory structure at 220 Lake Spangenberg Road, Jefferson Township, PA 18436, with the proposed setback of eight (8') feet from the principal structure, where the Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum setback of ten (10") feet.
Documents related this request are on file at the Jefferson Township Municipal Building and may be examinded during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
All interested parties may attend in person, or participate remotely.
 
The Public Hearing will be held via a hybrid format.
