Recycling is available every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Facility is for RECYCLING ONLY
Jefferson Township Accepts the Following:
    Cardboard Boxes - Flattened
    Newspaper, Office Paper
    Magazines
    Brown Paper Bags

The Following Items MUST Be Rinsed Out:
  Cans
  Bottles
  Jars and Tubs

METAL RECYCLING:
The following Metal Items can be recycled only in the dumpster marked Metal Recycling:
Acceptable Items:
Bikes
Lawn Mowers
Sheet Metal
Water Heaters
Weed Whackers
Metal Car Parts
Dehumidifiers IF Metal
Angle Iron
Metal Chair Frames
Washers and Dryers
Stoves
All Metallic Items

Non-acceptable items for metal recycling:
Glass of any kind including window and glass tabletops
Doors
Mattresses
Dishwashers
Plastic pails, buckets, large containers
Tires and rubber of any kind
NO Electronics 
   It is unlawful to dump items other than metal in or around metal recycling dumpster.
