Public Hearings on April 14, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Jefferson Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearings on Monday, April 14, 2025 in the Jefferson Township Municipal Building, 487 Cortez Road Jefferson Township, PA 18436.
A copy of the ordinance can be found online at jeffersontownshippa.com or at Jefferson Township Municipal Bldg., 487 Cortez Road, Jefferson Township, PA 18436 Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monday, April 14, 2025 Public Hearing will be held at 5:45 p.m. for the purpose of establishing speed limit on Lake Spangenberg Road at 40 mph restriction and Hitchcock Road at 35 mph restriction. Speed Limit Ordiance 2-2025 will be acted upon at the regular meeting on April 14, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.

Monday, April 14, 2025 Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of amending fire burning ordinance from March 4, 1974. Ordinance 1-2025 Restricting open fires and burning will be acted upon at the regular meeting on April 14, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
